Boris Panovski’s preliminary hearing has been scheduled for October.
Reports say the accused killer made a court appearance Thursday.
There’s no set dates for the hearing yet, but expectations are it’ll last two weeks.
Panovski is facing first degree and attempted murder charges in the shootings of Don Frigo and Frigo’s wife near Clinton.
Frigo lost his life in the September incident.
