The OPP is investigating two incidents of fuel theft. Both happened at farms new Sebringville.
The first took place around 4:00 a.m. on May 2nd on Road 140. Roughly 800 litres of unleaded fuel was taken from a tank on the property. A pickup truck was spotted leaving the scene with its headlights turned off.
This past Sunday a farm on Line 39 had 400 litres of diesel stolen from it between midnight and 5:00 a.m. Police suspect that a pickup truck with a holding tank was used to take the fuel.
