Thomas Luckhart’s case has been adjourned for two weeks. Luckhart, who’s from Sebringville, is facing dozens of sex-related charges.
According to a Beacon Herald report Luckhart made an appearance in court in Stratford on Monday. The case was adjourned to give the 54-year-old’s lawyer more time to review evidence.
In total Luckhart is facing 36 charges 33 of which are for sexual assault or sexual interference on a person under 16-years-old. The charges are in connection to allegations from a number of male victims between 1990 and 2015.
