SGH Foundation matching donations in bid to get two pieces of high-tech equipment

The Stratford General Hospital Foundation is looking to raise some big money.

The organization needs to raise $300,000 so they’ve started a “Matching Gift Challenge”.

Bill Preston is a volunteer with the SGH Foundation.  He says to help get there they’ll match donations for this month:

Preston says the money is going towards a high-tech piece of equipment:

On top of that something called a Blood Gas Analyzer is needed as well.

That machine can test for carbon monoxide poisoning, something that’s unavailable at any of the other 11 laboratories in the region.

You can find more information on how to donate at the SGH Foundation’s website.
