Careful with those campfires this weekend.
Natural Resources Canada says most of Midwestern Ontario is at a high risk for fire. Here in Stratford and other parts of Perth County the risk is sitting in the extreme range.
The dry conditions are to blame.
Make sure you’re careful with things like fireworks and make sure you fully extinguish any campfires you start. You can see the Fire Danger Map for yourself at the Natural Resources Canada website.
