A man has been charged after driving a Stratford Airporter van into the Avon River.
Police were called to the area after the vehicle was found in the river Sunday morning.
Stratford Police say the 50-year-old from Mitchell hit a parked car along Lakeside Drive.
The man’s vehicle went across the road and into the river.
He suffered minor injuries and is charged with careless driving.
