Copper wire stolen from Stratford Chefs School

A theft has caused a big problem at the Stratford Chefs School.

A report in the Beacon Herald says copper wire was taken from the Ontario Street location Thursday morning. That wire is needed to run electricity to the equipment on the building’s roof.

Classes were scheduled to begin Monday. The report says replacement wire is set to arrive today with work resuming next week.
