Kenneth Leon Henderson, age 82, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Spruce Lodge, with his sister and brother at his side. Born in Ellice Township, son of the late Frederick and Vera (Muegge) Henderson. Survived by his sister Doreen Douglas and his brother Richard Henderson and wife Fern. Besides his parents, Ken was predeceased by a brother-in-law David Douglas. Ken will be remembered by his many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Doug Thompson and all the staff at Spruce Lodge for the many years of wonderful care given to Ken. It was greatly appreciated. A private family service was held at the W. G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Tuesday, December 6, 2016. Ken was buried in the Henderson grave with his mother and father in Avondale Cemetery (Stratford).
