The Town of St. Marys says it’s planning a special celebration to mark Canada’s 150th birthday.
The celebration includes the Canada Day parade, an outdoor art class and cultural exhibits for adults, and a dedicated Kids Zone. The activities are happening at Cadzow Park and the town will also be cutting the ribbon on the new playground that day.
The day will also include live entertainment. The Town says that while many of the plans for Canada Day are now in place it is still accepting ideas for more. Go to its website for more details.
