City water facilities open to public today

It’s World Water Day and to celebrate you can get a look at where Stratford’s water comes from. The Environment Services Department is hosting tours and open houses at city facilities today.

The Romeo Street Pumping Station and the Water Pollution Control Plant on West Gore will be having tours from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Open houses are happening at the Vivian Street Pumping Station from 9:00am to 11:00am and at the Forman Water Tower from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

All are welcome to attend.
