Florence M. Kapas (nee Puschelberg), age 80, of Stratford, passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Stratford General Hospital on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. Born in Ellice Township, daughter of the late John Puschelberg and the former Dora Doell. Beloved wife of the late Steven Kapas (1996). Florence is survived by her brother Gordon (Shirley) Puschelberg of Kitchener, sisters Martha Miller of Edmonton, Ruby Liedtke of Stratford and Doreen (Eric) McFadden of Stratford, sister-in-law Bonnie Puschelberg of Stratford and 20 nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by her son James Kapas, brothers George (Mildred) Puschelberg and Fred Puschelberg, sisters Dorothy (Walter) Fink and Eva (Ivan) Riehl  and brothers-in-laws Roy Miller,Wesley Liedtke and two nephews Ernie and Ken Fink . Florence was a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church and retired from Fram Canada in 1996. Friends and relatives may call at the W. G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Tuesday April 18, from 10 am until the time of the memorial service in the chapel at 11 am. A reception at the funeral home will follow the Interment in Avondale Cemetery.
