Home prices are soaring to new levels in Stratford. The Huron-Perth Real Estate Association says April was a record-breaking month.
The average sale price for a home is 318-thousand, up 68-thousand dollars year-over-year.
So far this year, 165 residential units have been sold in Stratford.
That’s up by 30 units over the same time last year.
The association says the hot seller’s market continues with low supply and high demand.
