Former nurse Elizabeth Wettlaufer has had her professional licence revoked by the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Wettlaufer, convicted of the murders of eight nursing home residents in her care was sentenced to life in prison last month with a chance of parole in 25 years.
The hearing revealed new details including her firing from a hospital in 1995 for stealing medications and professional misconduct prior to the killings.
More details are also expected on the public inquiry into Wettlaufer`s crimes in the future.
