The Oxford OPP is looking for a suspicious woman.
Police were called last Friday morning about incident in Blandford Blenheim Township.
At approximately 8:30am, they received a call on Township Road 4.
A female suspect showed up at a residence pulling on the door handle.
When the female was approached, she stated she was looking for firewood.
After being confronted, she walked down to the road and left the area in a newer model blue/grey minivan driven by a male.
Female described as:
- 5’3” – 5’4”
- Approximate age in her 50’s
- Heavier build around the middle
- Short dark hair
- Was seen wearing, black tights, light coloured toque, light coloured jacket and white high top running shoes
Male driver described as:
- Clean cut with dark hair
Police would like to remind residents to be aware of your own safety and the security of your home.
