Pettapiece sounds off on alcohol retail reform

The way alcohol is sold in Ontario could be changing soon.

The Liberals announced earlier this week that once they decide on a plan they’ll move forward with it quickly.

Reports say that plan may include allowing beer and wine to be sold in grocery stores.

Perth-Wellington MPP Randy Pettapiece says if that’s the case, he doesn’t want to see any retailers excluded:

However he thinks the Liberals are just trying to distract people:

There’s been no official word yet on what the government intends to do with Ontario’s alcohol retail model.
