James Parise has been sentenced to nine years in prison, less time served.
That’s according to CTV News Kitchener.
The former Stratford man’s sentence came down earlier today.
Parise pleaded guilty to manslaughter last week in the death of Catherine Todd.
The Kitchener woman was beaten to death in March of last year.
Her body, which was dumped in the Waterloo Regional Landfill, has never been found.
