Stratford News Car demolished by drunk driver in Huron SHARE ON: Ethan Rabidoux, staff Thursday, Mar. 13th, 2014 A drunk old man demolished his vehicle yesterday in Huron County. The OPP was called out to the collision on Zurich-Hensall Line at Blind Line just after 5:30pm. The 77-year-old driver of a Hyundai sedan lost control of his vehicle and left the road. The car rolled many times before sliding into a ditch. The driver was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. After he was medically released police arrested him for impaired driving. The Zurich man received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his car has been impounded.
