The Stratford & District Chamber of Commerce has announced this year’s Business Leader Award recipient.
It’s Jeff Orr. Business Leader is one of the categories of the Business Excellence Awards.
Orr is the co-owner of Orr Insurance. The chamber says as a business leader he’s a mentor to his staff who encourages them to learn from their mistakes and be actively involved in the community. Orr believes that it’s the responsibility of business to foster the next generation of eager community leaders.
His own commitments include the Stratford Optimist Club, the Humane Society’s Building Campaign and The Stratford Minor Hockey Association. Orr will be presented with his Business Leader Award at the awards gala on May 4th.
