Two racetracks in Clinton and Woodstock are now under new ownership.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation has signed a 20-year deal with Gateway Casinos and Entertainment and the company has purchased the Southwest Gaming Bundle of casinos including these two racetracks.
Officials with Gateway say they are planning on investing over $200 million into the Southwestern Ontario casinos and creating more jobs.
The company has 25 years of experience running casinos and restaurants in Western Canada.
