A grass roots organization with the goal of bringing passenger rail back to communities in the area is receiving support from northern Ontario.
The All Aboard St. Marys citizens’ committee has been working on the ground level to bring sustainable passenger rail services back to rural communities in Ontario.
The All Aboard Northern Ontario is pushing for rail to return to the Cochrane District through Toronto and North Bay.
The two organizations will be pooling resources to tackle their respective campaigns.
