Crews will be flushing Stratford’s fire hydrants for the next few weeks beginning today.
The city says you can expect some water discolouration as a result of the operation, but water quality won’t be affected.
Stratford’s Water Division says to make sure water isn’t discoloured before doing laundry or running a dishwasher.
The flushing is expected to be wrapped up in four-weeks’ time.
