The City of Stratford received nearly $1.9 million from Canada’s Federal Gas Tax contributions through 2016.
It’s part of an annual report from AMO, as the city put around $1.4 million back into local projects.
The Association of Municipalities of Ontario says since 2005 the city has leveraged nearly $14.5 million, which has gone towards 34 infrastructure projects.
According to the report the city has carried over a little more than $4 million which will go towards financing future projects.
