Public Meeting Set for Transit Terminal and New Public Transit Plans

The City of Stratford is looking for public feedback on plans for its new Downie Street transit terminal and other upcoming changes.

Transit Manager Michael Mousley says aside from the new terminal, his department has expansion of services slated for high schools, the south part of town and into new housing developments.

He says making transfers easier and giving riders more options for getting around the city is a big priority.

The public meeting will feature a presentation and then a question and answer period.

It’s set for Wednesday, February 28th at the Stratford Rotary Complex from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
