The Stanley Cup will be paying a visit to our area.
Washington Capitals video coach and New Hamburg Minor Hockey Alumni Brett Leonhardt is bringing the Stanley Cup home to New Hamburg on Thursday, August 2nd.
Leonhardt has been a member of the Capitals coaching staff since 2012 and he will be hosting a free public viewing of the cup from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The public is invited to come see the Stanley Cup and get a picture with it at the original downtown arena facility at 251 Jacob Street.
