Four people each face numerous charges after a traffic stop in Ingersoll

Four people each face numerous charges after a traffic stop in Ingersoll.

Oxford County OPP say they stopped a four-door vehicle on Saturday afternoon around 1:30 on Thames Street at Carnegie Street.

They say they located a male who was wanted on outstanding warrants with three other adult suspects in the vehicle arrested without incident.

Police say they also found narcotics and other stolen property in the vehicle which was seized.

The four, two from Woodstock and two from Ingersoll, all face charges including possession of marijuana and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5 thousand.

One of the four, a 25-year-old man from Ingersoll, also faces a possession of firearms charge.
