You can have ‘Lunch with Emily’ next week.
The annual fundraiser for the Emily Murphy Centre in Stratford will take place next Tuesday from 11:00AM to 2:00PM at Upper Queen’s Park.
The EMC helps women and children escape abusive situations at home.
Executive Director Lisa Wilde says they’ve helped many people in our community since 1988 which isn’t necessarily something to celebrate.
