With next months municipal election fast approaching, there are only a few regular meetings left for the current Stratford City Council.
A meeting is taking place Monday night at Stratford City Hall with a few interesting items on the agenda.
One of those is a vote by council on the proposed terms of reference for an Ad-Hoc Citizens Committee that would be created to establish what the remunerations for council should be.
There will also be a vote by the council on the banning of the sale and use of flying lanterns in the city.
The meeting starts at 7 o’clock and it’s open to the public.
