A 26-year-old man has died after a collision near Walton.
Just after 10:30 Friday night, first responders were called to a single-vehicle collision on Hullet-McKillop Road just west of North Line.
The preliminary investigation has revealed that the driver was traveling westbound on the road at a very high rate of speed when the truck left the road and collided with a tree in the south ditch.
First responders attempted to save the man’s life but he died later in hospital.
He has been identified as Matthew Huether from Central Huron.
