Stratford remembers the life of Keith Culliton

Stratford is taking time out to remember the life of an important figure.

Keith Culliton passed away Tuesday at the age of 91.

He started up the Culliton company in Stratford in 1932 and saw it go from a small business to a recognized trade contracting industry leader in Ontario.

Culliton was also President of the Stratford Rotary Club and was mayor of the city for two terms.

To honor his passing, the Canada flag was flown at half-mast at Stratford City Hall on Wednesday.

Visitation for Culliton is being held at St. Joseph’s Church on Huron Street in Stratford from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday.
