John Roderick McDonald passed away peacefully at the Stratford General Hospital on Tuesday November 13th in his 80th year. Born in Stratford, he was the son of the late Ronald and Betty McDonald. He is survived by his brother Joe (Lorna) and a nephew Matt McDonald. Predeceased by brothers Maurice and Jim (Joan). John was an avid member of the Gadshill Gun Club for many years and enjoyed his weekly card games with the “boys”. He was also a longtime member of the Stratford Cribbage League. He was a loyal and devoted member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Friends and relatives may call at the W.G.
