Accused In Fatal Stratford Collision Due Back In Court

A 19-year-old male charged with impaired driving causing death in a fatal collision in Stratford is due back in court.

Favian-Lee Allert, from Burlington, was charged after a collision in late October that claimed the life of a 19-year-old Stratford male.

Police say Eric Millar was killed in the collision that took place around 330 a.m. October 28th.

They say a vehicle was traveling down Embro Road when it hit a boulevard, drove across Erie Street, and ended up on a lawn on the opposite side of the road.

Two other people in the vehicle were taken to hospital in fair condition.

Allert is due to appear in a Stratford courtroom Monday morning.
