Employers across Perth County are being called on to share their feedback on the current business landscape.
The Four County Labour Market Planning Board is calling on employers to fill out their EmployerOne survey which the board says helps them better understand the workforce issues and challenges facing local businesses.
This is the fourth year the survey is being conducted and, after analysis, the data will be released to schools, community partners, government agencies and the public so that they can see the characteristics of the local labour market.
Meredith Forget is the Manager of Economic Development & Tourism with the board and she says the information gathered through the survey is invaluable.
“It really helps us shape what our programming is going to look like across the county for the next few years so really wanting to hear about your struggles for hiring or training, where you see we can be a good fit to help your business be successful.”
You can find more information on the survey on Perth County’s website.
