Erie Street is open again but an investigation into the two-vehicle crash continues.
Stratford Police say one person was taken to hospital with minor injuries after the collision in front of the Tim Hortons Tuesday afternoon.
There was one person inside each vehicle.
A charge has been laid but at this time it is unknown what the charge is.
Police continue to investigate.
