A St. Marys man is recovering from a possible overdose but faces assault charges.
On Wednesday night police were called to Video 99. The owner of the store had been talking to a man who was urinating in the back parking lot when another man started to yell threats and pushed him.
Police could not find the man immediately but he was found at 3 in the morning unconscious. A search of the man turned up cocaine and he was taken to the hospital for a possible overdose.
He has been charged with Assault, Uttering Threats and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He has a court date in mid-May.
