(Photo supplied). It’s a new three-year collective agreement for the employees at a Stratford retirement home. The employees at Anne Hathaway Retirement Home, part of the Grand River Valley Health Care Workers Union, voted overwhelmingly in favour of the new deal. The new agreement provides them with six per cent wage increases across the board over three years and increases to the pension plan. A medication premium is also being introduced as part of the deal.
