A collision just west of Stratford between two vehicles continues to be investigated.
First responders were called out to Perth Line 34 in Perth East around 2:15 p.m. last Friday after the collision.
Police say a 72-year-old man from Kitchener suffered a medical condition and rear-ended another vehicle before ending up in the ditch.
The man and the female driver of the other vehicle were brought to the hospital with minor injuries.
Anyone with information on the collision is asked to call Perth County OPP or Crime Stoppers.
