Police: Over $6-thousand in fentanyl and Canadian currency seized in drug bust in Woodstock

A major drug bust in Woodstock.

Police in the city says that their Criminal Intelligence/Drug Enforcement Unit, along with other officers, arrested a man connected to a drug trafficking investigation on Tuesday.

They say that as part of the investigation, they seized over $6-thousand in fentanyl and Canadian currency.

A 40-year-old from Woodstock faces several charges including Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Property obtained by crime.
