It’s your last chance this year to go treasure hunting in Stratford.
This weekend is the final Treasure Hunt of 2019 in the city and it runs from Friday until Sunday.
You have the opportunity to recycle any unwanted household items by placing them at the curb starting at 4 p.m. Friday with anything leftover needing to be removed by 3 p.m. on Sunday.
You’re reminded not to leave any items you want to keep, including children’s toys, near the curb this weekend.
Organizers say the goal of the weekend is to promote recycling and keep materials with some useful life out of Stratford’s landfill site.
