Police: Flashing stoplights stolen from Perth South intersection

The hunt is on for flashing stoplights that Stratford Police say were stolen from a Perth South intersection.

On September 4th, police say an employee from Perth South called them and reported that flashing stop lights had been stolen from the stop signs at the intersection.

Just when the lights were stolen isn’t known but it’s believed that it happened sometime within the previous week.

The lights had been put up at the intersection to make the stop signs easier to see while the roads were being used a detour during the construction of the roundabout on Highway 7.

Police say they currently have no suspects and anyone with any information on what happened is asked to call them or Crime Stoppers.
