St.Marys residents are being asked for their thoughts on transportation.
Officials say that a community transportation bus service is coming to St.Marys with the goal to launch it in the spring of 2020.
The service comes after provincial grants were awarded to Perth County and the City of Stratford and two service lines are planned, one to connect smaller communities in the county, including St. Marys, and the other an intercity bus originating in Stratford to connect Stratford, Listowel and St. Marys with train and bus services in Kitchener and London.
A public focus group to determine the specifics of each service line is being held on Thursday, November, 7th at 6:30 p.m. in the End Zone room of the Pyramid Recreation Centre.
Organizers say all are welcome to attend but space is limited.
