It’s welcome news in the Stratford community.
After closing its doors in late January, Boston Pizza in Stratford has reopened under a new management team.
That team is lead by Don MacDougall, a longtime franchisee who was once inducted into the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame for his role in bringing the Blue Jays to the city of Toronto, and his daughter, co-franchisee Anne McDougall.
Boston Pizza International says the McDougalls hired most of the original staff, making the reopening process seamless.
The restaurant officially reopened Wednesday.
