Police have now charged a Central Huron resident in connection to a fatal collision in May.
First responders were called out to the crash at the intersection of North Line and Hydro Line Road, near Seaforth, around 1:40 in the afternoon on May 13th.
Huron County OPP says they’ve determined the defendant was traveling northbound on North Line in a sport utility vehicle when they collided with a motorcycle that was stopped attempting to turn left onto Hydro Line Road,
The driver of the motorcycle, a 76-year-old man from Burgessville, died as a result of the collision.
On Saturday, police charged a 45-year-old woman from Central Huron with Careless Driving Causing Death.
She has a scheduled court appearance on August 18th in Goderich.
