A single-vehicle collision in Central Huron has left a 67-year-old dead.

Police say they were contacted on Sunday by concerned family members after the victim failed to return home after working late in the fields.

The victim’s vehicle was located upside down and partially submerged in a creek off the roadway on Bandon Line, in Central Huron, just after 12:30 in the afternoon.

One occupant was in the vehicle at the time of the collision.
