The housing market in our area remains hot.
A new record for residential sales was set in September with 222 homes sold, according to the Huron Perth Association of Realtors.
That was also a 20 per cent increase compared to September 2019.
On average, residential properties sold for $461,451 in September, a 14.7 per cent increase compared to the same time last year.
The average price of homes sold, year-to-date, is $437,926.
That’s up 13.9 per cent from the first nine months of 2019.
