The Stratford Rotary Club’s annual Dragon Boat Festival takes over Lake Victoria tomorrow.
Fritz Steigmeier is one of the organizers of the popular event.
He says there’s more to it than just the boat races:

The first race is set for 8:00 a.m. with opening ceremonies happening at 11:00 a.m.
