A 31-year-old North Perth man faces a number of charges, including firearms and assault charges, following a domestic incident last weekend.
Just after 11:30 Sunday night, Perth County OPP say they responded to an assault that had just happened in Listowel.
During the investigation, it was determined that the suspect had also uttered death threats, and had been in possession of a firearm.
Police say they executed a search warrant at a home on Elizabeth Street East for evidence of the offences and meth was found.
The suspect faces charges including Utter Threats – Cause Death or Bodily Harm, Assault – Spousal, Pointing a Firearm and Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm.
