An investigation is underway after a dog biting incident in Stratford.
Huron Perth Public Health says it’s looking for a dog, described as a large dog that looks like a German Shepherd, after it bit a child near the path to the Art Gallery between Upper and Lower Queen’s Park.
They say it happened around 8:30 Friday night with the dog running off leash and accompanied by a man wearing a hat and face mask.
HPPH says they need to find out if the dog has up-to-date rabies shots as it’s vital to the treatment of the child.
