The Perth District Health Unit is celebrating World Breastfeeding Week.
It kicks off on Wednesday.
The PDHU ran a contest last month promoting the importance of the practice by asking mothers to submit their breastfeeding stories.
Those stories will be posted online throughout the week.
There are also celebration events planned for Thursday in Stratford and St. Marys.
