One person is facing three charges after a domestic incident in Listowel.
Just after 11 o’clock at night on April 9th, Perth County OPP say they received a report of a domestic incident that was happening at an address on York Avenue North.
During the investigation, police say they learned one person had been assaulted.
The victim was not injured from the assault.
A 38-year-old North Perth resident has been charged with three counts of spousal assault.
