A local family is getting ready to move into their new home thanks to Habitat for Humanity Heartland Ontario.
A mother and her two children were approved to own the new home in Stratford through the organization’s homeownership program.
They were selected based on three criteria, the need for housing, an ability to pay an affordable mortgage and a willingness to partner with Habitat.
The family will take part in a virtual key ceremony on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock.
